Hi to all!
Has anyone encountered the problem that validators assign a transaction expiration time (UTC) more than the current time (about 1.5 minutes)?
Can you elaborate a bit more on your question? If a client submits a transaction with expiration time of 743 for example, then you can be certain that if you see a block time of >743, then your transaction will not be included ever (if it isn’t already included). The validator itself cannot assign this time (the validator can choose to drop your transaction before the expiration time, but it cannot execute the transaction after the expiration time.
Can I put ExpirationTime = DateTime.Now + 10 sec, right?
