Testnet push announcement for 01/15

Hey everyone,

We are planning to upgrade Testnet to 20c28da7 from release-1.1 branch tomorrow morning 01/15. There are no expected breaking changes, but notably, the child VASP size has increased from 2^8 to 2^16 . This will be the first testnet upgrade since the reset last month.

Update – the following commits have been cherry-picked into release-1.1, and will be included in the testnet upgrade:

  • afe6044c [consensus] avoid mempool long poll if root block has user txns
  • 8a887eed: [storage] smaller prune_window
