with command query balance 0 balance is 90 but
with command query account state 0 it shows 90000000.
Am new here so apologise if it’s a stupid question.

account state shows balance to fractions of 1/1000000 of a Libra, this is somewhat similar to the difference between satoshi and bitcoin
