I have read that Libra uses SHA3-256 hash algorithm that’s means it going to be run by ASIC chips but i am not sure about is the Libra mineable ? If yes, then what will be the initial difficulty.
No. Libra will use a “Proof of Authority” consensus mechanism that does not require “proof of work” mining to function.
Please note I am not a member of the association and this is not an official answer.
Libra will develop based on time, as long as there is no false devil I have experienced at LIVCOIN. I thought that the original librafacebook turned out to be my 2 million libra coin so the price went up on the internal market wd with the reason that this swap was a dirty game dev and market admin, please be careful
