Interested in if there is a protocol for how the smart contracts can create a custom token, such as an ERC20 token on Ethereum.

There was reference in the Blockchain white paper to custom assets: “The Libra protocol uses the Move virtual machine (Section 3.4) to implement transactions and custom assets with these properties safely.” I suppose this means it will be possible to issue custom assets - hopefully anyone can do this. Anyone know if this is right?
