How to create new Token on Libra

I have idea and have plan to create my production on ETH.
I will start my project next month.
For now, i want to create something like Dapp on the Libra.
My question here are:

  • Can I issue the Token on Libra smart contract?
  • Do we have something like ERC2?

I think Libra allow issue token, but we need waiting mainnet launch in the first half of 2020.
