Hello,

you can’t mine LBR , for the moment there is no mainnet.
But for the futur mainnet , only the Organization Libra Network will be able to mint or destroy LBR.

So there is no possibility to mine LBR for you or another person

At this time, no Libra Coins have been issued, and the Libra Association is not currently involved in any offering of Libra Coins. In the meantime, you can learn about the Libra project at libra.org, and build apps that work on our public testnet (be sure to check out our developer docs at: https://developer.libra.org/docs/welcome-to-libra
