First Transaction mint questions

Hi everyone…
Doing all of this steps (https://developers.libra.org/docs/my-first-transaction), i got 100 Libras in one (#0) account, and 62 in the other (#1)! What it means “mint”? For example, i can add infinity Libras in my account just using the command “mint”?

Sorry my simple questions.

Yes, now it’s just a test network.

So, at this moment, everything is just in test mode, right? I can “mint” 10000 Libras to my 0 account but is just a test.
