As the Testnet is very unstable the last weeks with LCS and other “adjustments” which are not clearly communicated, we would like the build a “backup” custom Testnet. This is no issue and well enough documented, but then again, it would be great to have a nice transaction explorer / browser which is easy to setup for this custom Testnet.
Any tips on useful and lightweight browsers / explorers for custom Testnets? Ideally with a minimal setup like Node, Java, Go or even Docker?
